If you would like your unit listed for sale through the Seagull brokerage, please complete a listing agreement and return to Seagull's Broker, Vanessa Friedman, either by mail or email.
In accordance with the rules set forth by the US Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, all proceeds from the sale of residential real estate are to be reported on Form 1099-S unless otherwise exempt from reporting requirements. The sale of your timeshare interest here at Seagull Beach Club is not an exempt sale and will require reporting for the tax year the unit sells. A W9 must be completed before we can issue a proceeds check for the sale of a unit. The W9 is page 4 of the listing agreement.
