Seagull currently has several units that are in the foreclosure process. If you are interested in the purchase of one of these units, you can send us a $100 nonrefundable deposit to secure your right to purchase that unit once the unit is deeded back to Seagull. After Seagull secures title through the foreclosure process, you will have 30 days to close on said unit. Your $100 will go towards the purchase price of the unit. If you decide not to buy at that time, you forfeit the $100.
